If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give as much notice as possible - ideally at least 24 hours - via phone or email. This gives me the opportunity to offer your slot to someone on the waiting list. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a £20 cancellation fee. 
 

If you miss your appointment without notice, the full treatment fee will be charged. Thank you for your understanding and consideration. Your support helps me offer consistent care to everyone I work with.
